Global Projects for Pollinators

People and organizations from all over the world understand the magnitude of the collapse of honeybee and other pollinator populations. When crop farmers must pay money to have a managed hive brought to the farm for crop pollination, they will struggle with yields and food costs will rise. Even backyard food farmers are affected by reduced crop yields when they lack a sufficient diversity and quantity of local pollinators. The amazing thing about nature, however, is how quickly a system can rebound with even the smallest of inputs. Even if you just plant one plant in your yard or on your balcony, chances are high that the starving pollinators in your area will come out of the woodwork to enjoy it!

People all over the world are turning the tide on Colony Collapse Disorder, on Species Endangerment, loss of habitat, pesticide reduction, and plant biodiversity. The problems have been identified, solutions have been presented and proven. Now it's up to us to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
